Bode Miller Wins Gold!!!
I’m so happy for Bode. I’m also sick of hearing what a disappointment he was in Torino and how he must have been sitting around hanging his head in shame for the past four years. But now commentators can just shut up and leave him alone. He skied a good downhill and a great slalom portion. And now he will get to stand on top of the podium and hear his national anthem.
The Silver medal went to Ivica Kostelic of Croatia, the bronze to Switzerland’s Silvan Zurbriggen.
Just watched the medal presentation. It was great seeing Bode on the top of the podium. I have to say I felt a little sorry for Aksel Svindal when he wiped out on the slalom portion. Of course, he’s already got two gold medals, so he should still be happy with his Olympic performance so far.
What does Bode have in his mouth when he is skiing?
I know it is not a mouthguard, becuase he puts it over his lower teeth
